Mo Safer

Queens Community Liaison

I've been working with this amazing company for close to two years and the truth ,this isn't just a job, it's my life. I don't wake up and say to myself “oh man I have to go to work”. I wake up with a smile on my face and I know I'm going to make a difference. The positive reaction as well as gratitude I receive from some my patients I have helped is fulfilling. I truly understood this within my first few weeks at Summit.

A patient approached me in tears and told me “I don't know what to do finding help”… I told the patient to take a deep breath and I began explaining to them how I was going to help them. Soon after we were able to provide the services and care the patient needed. That patient still keeps in touch with me till this day and I am so appreciative of the opportunity to make a difference in someone’s life..

When I started at Summit I didn't think that this was for me. I soon realized the people I work with consider me family not just a co-worker. I have never had a better experience than working with Summit Home Health Care. I feel very lucky to be working with a great group of people who have pride and care about what they do in the community. I look forward to every day and am thankful for the opportunity to do something meaningful.
